SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping Timeline

ONE Boardshop knows that you want to get your items delivered as soon as possible and we will do all we can to ensure that your purchase is packaged and shipped within 24 hours of when your order was placed.  If order was placed on a Friday, a weekend or holiday it will be shipped out the following business day.

 

Free Shipping

All orders over $95 prior to tax (except for items marked ‘Clearance’) will be shipped regular ground shipping free of charge to all Canadian Provinces.

For any orders under $95 the items will be shipped at rates posted and shipping method selected during checkout.

 

Expedited Shipping

We get it, sometimes you just want your new gear to arrive as soon as possible and we have a solution for that.  All orders do have the option of being shipped using an expedited shipping service which can be selected during the checkout process.  Our checkout process will display the additional costs associated with any/all of the expedited shipping services available and you can then select the shipping method that best suits your needs.  If any form of expedited shipping is selected all costs associated with the expedited service will be charged in addition to the cost of the items purchased.

 

Clearance Items

All items marked as “Clearance” will have a shipping charge applied in addition to the purchase price of the item(s).  The shipping charge will be as per the rates posted during checkout.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns

ONE Boardshop is dedicated to making sure that each and every customer is happy with their purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any unused product purchased from ONEBoardshop.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.  For any items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following:

  1. Item was purchased through ONEBoardshop.com
  2. Your receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be included/provided.
  3. The product is in its original/unused condition and the product has not been altered, worn or damaged.
  4. Prior to returning an item please call 833-268-5233 weekdays from 10am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an Authorization (RA) number.  Please note that all returned items must have an RA number issued or ONE Boardshop cannot accept your returned product.

If the item(s) returned have met all of the above criteria, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased upon ONE Boardshop receiving the item(s).  Any/all applicable shipping costs associated with the original purchase, exchange or return will not be reimbursed or refunded.

Exchanges

All exchanges are handled as a separate order/invoice from the original order.  Please follow the above return process to return the item(s) you would like to have exchanged, then place a NEW ORDER for the new items you would like to have delivered.  Your return will be credited to your credit card and any new order will be a new charge.  This allows for a much quicker exchange as the replacement items will ship immediately.

Warranty Policy and Procedure

All items purchased from ONEBoardshop.com are under a manufactures warranty from the original date of purchase.  Any defective item that is covered by manufactures warranty will require a phone call to 833-268-5233 to set up shipping and warranty of product.  Please note that all warranties must be pre-authorized by ONE Boardshop prior to returning the product.  A Return Authorization (RA) form will be e-mailed to you upon calling for the authorization number, please fill out this form and return with the item being warrantied.  In addition, please put the RA number on the outside of the package you return to us.

Proof of purchase from ONEBoardshop.com is required for any return, exchange or repair.  This warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, including but not limited to the following:  rail-slides, accidents (such as rock damage), abuse, negligence, repairs and/or alterations made outside the factory, wear and tear, or lack of maintenance.

For the majority of the products we offer, Manufacture Warranty timelines are within 1 year from date of purchase.  However, please refer to the specific brand’s website for any exceptions to the rule for warranty timelines.

Upon producing valid proof of purchase, all shipping and handling fees charged to us by the vendor, as well as, any additional shipping costs ONE Boardshop incurs will be charged once the issue is resolved.

The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace all warranty product with an existing comparable model at their discretion.  If a comparable replacement is not available the manufacture may choose to instead issue a warranty credit which the customer can use to purchase/replace the warrantied item with a currently in-stock item.  ONEBoardshop.com assumes no responsibility for the owner being without product during shipping, handling and processing of warranty issue.

We will do all we can to process the warranty as quickly as possible in order to get your repaired or replaced item back in your hands.  However, this process in it’s entirety can take up to 6-8 weeks in some cases for return of any warranty product, whether replaced, repaired, store credited, or denied.  All warranty credits must be redeemed within one year from the store receiving the credit and the full value must be used entirely during one transaction; (credit is valid for items at their regular price, credit cannot be used for the sale price of any item).  If the product is not covered under the manufactures warranty, it will be returned to ONEBoardshop.com by the manufacturer.
