Shipping Timeline

ONE Boardshop knows that you want to get your items delivered as soon as possible and we will do all we can to ensure that your purchase is packaged and shipped within 24 hours of when your order was placed.  If order was placed on a Friday, a weekend or holiday it will be shipped out the following business day.

Free Shipping

All orders over $99 prior to tax (except for items marked ‘Clearance’) will be shipped regular ground shipping free of charge to all Canadian Provinces.

For any orders under $99 the items will be shipped at rates posted and shipping method selected during checkout.

All items shipped regular post or regular 'ground' service will arrive approximately 3 to 5 business days within Western Canada and 5 to 7 business days for deliveries in Eastern Canada, from the time the items are picked up by the shipping provider.  Please note that deliveries to rural or more remote communities may take longer.

Expedited Shipping

We get it, sometimes you just want your new gear to arrive as soon as possible and we have a solution for that.  All orders do have the option of being shipped using an expedited shipping service which can be selected during the checkout process.  Our checkout process will display the additional costs associated with any/all of the expedited shipping services available and you can then select the shipping method that best suits your needs.  If any form of expedited shipping is selected all costs associated with the expedited service will be charged in addition to the cost of the items purchased.

Clearance Items

All items marked as “Clearance” will have a shipping charge applied in addition to the purchase price of the item(s).  The shipping charge will be as per the rates posted during checkout.

Returns

ONE Boardshop is dedicated to making sure that each and every customer is happy with their purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any unused product purchased from ONEBoardshop.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.  For any items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following:

  1. Item was purchased through ONEBoardshop.com
  2. Your receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be included/provided.
  3. The product is in its original/unused condition and the product has not been altered, worn or damaged.
  4. Prior to returning an item please call 833-268-5233 weekdays from 10am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an Authorization (RA) number.  Please note that all returned items must have an RA number issued or ONE Boardshop cannot accept your returned product.

If the item(s) returned have met all of the above criteria, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased upon ONE Boardshop receiving the item(s).  Any/all applicable shipping costs associated with the original purchase, exchange or return will not be reimbursed or refunded.

The Salomon Indicator is a freeride snowboard inspired by one of the most iconic shapes in the HPS Project lineup. Designed for deep, dreamy powder days, the Indicator features a Tapered Directional shape paired with a Powder Camber profile for exceptional float, maneuverability, and control in soft snow. A long nose with generous rocker enhances buoyancy and agility, while Damplifier Lite construction helps reduce swing weight for a more responsive ride. Built with recycled and bio-sourced materials throughout, the Indicator blends modern sustainability with premium powder performance.

  • Flex: 5 Medium Stiff (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)
  • Shape: Tapered Directional: Wider nose than tail for float in powder and directional freeride performance, ridden with a setback stance (+20 mm).
  • Camber: Powder Camber - A hybrid profile combining camber underfoot for power and precision, with a generous nose rocker and a shorter, stiffer tail for maximum maneuverability and float in deep snow
  • Core: Aspen - Lightweight Aspen wood core for a lively, snappy feel. Popster - Dual-density insert reinforcement integrated into the core at the binding zones for increased pop and long-term durability. FSC Certified Wood Core.
  • Sidecut: Radial - Single consistent radius delivering predictable, even edge pressure throughout the turn for reliable response
  • Base: 50% Recycled Sintered Base with Fine Stone Finish - High-molecular-weight polyethylene base made with 50% recycled content. Sintered construction absorbs wax for fast glide and easy tuning. Fine stone-ground texture for premium initial wax absorption.
  • Laminates: BIAX HD Fiberglass - Biaxial high-density fiberglass with fibers running at 45-degree angles for torsional flex control and edge-to-edge responsiveness.
  • Binding Compatibility: 4X2 Inserts
  • Sidewalls: 66% Recycled ABS Sidewalls - Impact-resistant ABS sidewalls manufactured with 66% recycled content.
  • Topsheet: Olive Wood Veneer - Natural olive wood veneer topsheet replacing synthetic materials.
