Shipping Timeline

ONE Boardshop knows that you want to get your items delivered as soon as possible and we will do all we can to ensure that your purchase is packaged and shipped within 24 hours of when your order was placed.  If order was placed on a Friday, a weekend or holiday it will be shipped out the following business day.

Free Shipping

All orders over $99 prior to tax (except for items marked ‘Clearance’) will be shipped regular ground shipping free of charge to all Canadian Provinces.

For any orders under $99 the items will be shipped at rates posted and shipping method selected during checkout.

All items shipped regular post or regular 'ground' service will arrive approximately 3 to 5 business days within Western Canada and 5 to 7 business days for deliveries in Eastern Canada, from the time the items are picked up by the shipping provider.  Please note that deliveries to rural or more remote communities may take longer.

Expedited Shipping

We get it, sometimes you just want your new gear to arrive as soon as possible and we have a solution for that.  All orders do have the option of being shipped using an expedited shipping service which can be selected during the checkout process.  Our checkout process will display the additional costs associated with any/all of the expedited shipping services available and you can then select the shipping method that best suits your needs.  If any form of expedited shipping is selected all costs associated with the expedited service will be charged in addition to the cost of the items purchased.

Clearance Items

All items marked as “Clearance” will have a shipping charge applied in addition to the purchase price of the item(s).  The shipping charge will be as per the rates posted during checkout.

Returns

ONE Boardshop is dedicated to making sure that each and every customer is happy with their purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any unused product purchased from ONEBoardshop.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.  For any items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following:

  1. Item was purchased through ONEBoardshop.com
  2. Your receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be included/provided.
  3. The product is in its original/unused condition and the product has not been altered, worn or damaged.
  4. Prior to returning an item please call 833-268-5233 weekdays from 10am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an Authorization (RA) number.  Please note that all returned items must have an RA number issued or ONE Boardshop cannot accept your returned product.

If the item(s) returned have met all of the above criteria, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased upon ONE Boardshop receiving the item(s).  Any/all applicable shipping costs associated with the original purchase, exchange or return will not be reimbursed or refunded.

The Mercury FASE® is an all-terrain freeride binding with a medium flex that features the FASE® Fast Entry System. The Mercury FASE® is compatible with any boot or board so you can strap in and shred faster no matter your set-up.

  • ImpactCush Pad: Designed for all-day comfort, the ImpactCush Pad sucks up board chatter in rough terrain and dampens the impact of heavy landings. The sliding pad seamlessly integrates with the FASE System and features a 3° cant for added turn response.
  • DualFlex Ankle Strap: The asymmetrical DualFlex Ankle Strap features a stiff TPU core for lightning fast response and softer TPU edges for all-day comfort and universal boot fit.
  • Adaptive Fit Toe Strap: The Adaptive Fit Toe Strap features a flexible exterior outline that shapes to your boot, a denser center spine that ensures a secure lock and a textured interior surface that grips onto your boot.
  • Alloy Buckles: High-grade aluminum buckles engineered for maximum durability. The toe buckles incorporate the LSR 2.0 Auto-lock technology.
  • Universal Mounting Disk: All Jones bindings include a mounting disc compatible with traditional 4x4 inserts, 2x4, and the EST/Channel mounting system.
  • LSR 2.0 Auto-Lock Toe Buckle: Simply set it and forget it. Designed to remain in position to complement the Fast Entry System. The Locking Slap Ratchet 2.0 and unique tri-toothed ladder allow you to ‘set it and forget it’ or make easy on-the-fly fit adjustments.
