Shipping Timeline

ONE Boardshop knows that you want to get your items delivered as soon as possible and we will do all we can to ensure that your purchase is packaged and shipped within 24 hours of when your order was placed.  If order was placed on a Friday, a weekend or holiday it will be shipped out the following business day.

Free Shipping

All orders over $99 prior to tax (except for items marked ‘Clearance’) will be shipped regular ground shipping free of charge to all Canadian Provinces.

For any orders under $99 the items will be shipped at rates posted and shipping method selected during checkout.

All items shipped regular post or regular 'ground' service will arrive approximately 3 to 5 business days within Western Canada and 5 to 7 business days for deliveries in Eastern Canada, from the time the items are picked up by the shipping provider.  Please note that deliveries to rural or more remote communities may take longer.

Expedited Shipping

We get it, sometimes you just want your new gear to arrive as soon as possible and we have a solution for that.  All orders do have the option of being shipped using an expedited shipping service which can be selected during the checkout process.  Our checkout process will display the additional costs associated with any/all of the expedited shipping services available and you can then select the shipping method that best suits your needs.  If any form of expedited shipping is selected all costs associated with the expedited service will be charged in addition to the cost of the items purchased.

Clearance Items

All items marked as “Clearance” will have a shipping charge applied in addition to the purchase price of the item(s).  The shipping charge will be as per the rates posted during checkout.

Returns

ONE Boardshop is dedicated to making sure that each and every customer is happy with their purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any unused product purchased from ONEBoardshop.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.  For any items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following:

  1. Item was purchased through ONEBoardshop.com
  2. Your receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be included/provided.
  3. The product is in its original/unused condition and the product has not been altered, worn or damaged.
  4. Prior to returning an item please call 833-268-5233 weekdays from 10am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an Authorization (RA) number.  Please note that all returned items must have an RA number issued or ONE Boardshop cannot accept your returned product.

If the item(s) returned have met all of the above criteria, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased upon ONE Boardshop receiving the item(s).  Any/all applicable shipping costs associated with the original purchase, exchange or return will not be reimbursed or refunded.

A beautiful lifetime of shred blasting and board building... We have been blessed to work with Jamie Lynn on his vision for the dream snowboards for 30 years. Each one has been more amazing than the last. Jamie mastered the art of life and snowboarding from the beginning... always creating, giving more than he takes and shredding harder than anyone thought possible with classic power and style. Looking back at all his amazing shred moments and art it’s impossible for us to pick a favorite... Jamie selected an updated version of his 2005 ship graphic for this 30yr special project. We built it on a modernized version of his classic twin camber contour/radial side-cut freestyle chassis that is ready to rip the entire mountain with a power freestyle mindset from side hits, to park to pow.

In-depth Tech Specs:

  • Profile: Camber - Precision, control and pop. The side profile of camber looks like a rainbow. Tried and true, camber has been the dominant board bend in the snowboard industry for almost 40 years. Adopted from the bend of alpine skis, camber snowboards deliver precise turning and edge control, with spring-loaded pop due to the bend in the board, providing better jumping characteristics. Advanced riders tend to prefer this bend, especially for hard carving and high-speed riding. Even when it comes to softer park snowboards, camber boards deliver exceptional pop and control. However, they are not as forgiving of mistakes and can be more difficult to learn or progress on than a rocker or hybrid bend.
  • Shape: Twin - A completely symmetrical shape, which thrives in a variety of freestyle situations. At the core of its design, the twin shape features an identical nose and tail shape, which provides an identical feel and predictable maneuverability whether riding regular or switch. Although originally developed with park riders in mind, twin shapes have also grown to be embraced by many all-mountain riders that like to bring skate style riding out of the park and onto the entire mountain.
