Shipping Timeline

ONE Boardshop knows that you want to get your items delivered as soon as possible and we will do all we can to ensure that your purchase is packaged and shipped within 24 hours of when your order was placed. If order was placed on a Friday, a weekend or holiday it will be shipped out the following business day.

Free Shipping

All orders over $99 prior to tax (except for items marked ‘Clearance’) will be shipped regular ground shipping free of charge to all Canadian Provinces.

For any orders under $99 the items will be shipped at rates posted and shipping method selected during checkout.

All items shipped regular post or regular 'ground' service will arrive approximately 3 to 5 business days within Western Canada and 5 to 7 business days for deliveries in Eastern Canada, from the time the items are picked up by the shipping provider. Please note that deliveries to rural or more remote communities may take longer.

Expedited Shipping

We get it, sometimes you just want your new gear to arrive as soon as possible and we have a solution for that. All orders do have the option of being shipped using an expedited shipping service which can be selected during the checkout process. Our checkout process will display the additional costs associated with any/all of the expedited shipping services available and you can then select the shipping method that best suits your needs. If any form of expedited shipping is selected all costs associated with the expedited service will be charged in addition to the cost of the items purchased.

Clearance Items

All items marked as “Clearance” will have a shipping charge applied in addition to the purchase price of the item(s). The shipping charge will be as per the rates posted during checkout.

Returns

ONE Boardshop is dedicated to making sure that each and every customer is happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any unused product purchased from ONEBoardshop.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. For any items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following:

Item was purchased through ONEBoardshop.com
Your receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be included/provided.
The product is in its original/unused condition and the product has not been altered, worn or damaged.
Prior to returning an item please call 833-268-5233 weekdays from 10am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an Authorization (RA) number. Please note that all returned items must have an RA number issued or ONE Boardshop cannot accept your returned product.

If the item(s) returned have met all of the above criteria, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased upon ONE Boardshop receiving the item(s). Any/all applicable shipping costs associated with the original purchase, exchange or return will not be reimbursed or refunded.

Inspired by Jess Kimura's progression from the streets to the backcountry, The Equalizer was born to level the playing field on the mountain and offer riders a high-end all-mountain option designed specifically for women. The series now features an updated custom-designed hybrid camber profile, providing positive camber through the inserts for carving control, while reverse camber in the nose and tail maximizes float in powder. The Equalizer's ride and response comes from its META Core™ to achieve a desirable flex for all-mountain terrain, while Technora™ Flax Boosters provides longitudinal power. Featuring a Quantum Drive™ high-speed sintered base, The Equalizer is one of the most technically advanced women's freeride boards on the market.

Camber: Resort V2 Directional + Flat Kick Tech - This revolutionary all-terrain shape provides the best of both worlds. It has a raised camber platform through the inserts to retain high-speed edge hold through variable terrain, elevated contact points to land and float in powder, and Flat Kick tip and tail arcs for faster, more aggressive transitions.
Core: Meta Core™ - Capita took their extremely lightweight P2 Superlight Core™, added high bending and shock absorbing Beech stringers running through the inserts for increased strength and even snappier pop.
Base: Quantum Drive™ Base - The QUANTUM DRIVE™ running base is formulated with a progressive blend of compressed ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethelene. As an evolution from the already blazing fast ULTRADRIVE™, this running base features higher density for durability and absorbs more wax to wick longer and ride faster. Properly maintained sintered bases are fast, durable, and are the preferred choice of many high-end enthusiasts worldwide.
Laminates: Holysheet™ Tri/Bi Magic Bean™ Resin - HOLYSHEET™ Fiberglass configuration features fiber weaves with a high tensile strength and low modulus of elasticity. With a higher roving count in the same weight of glass, you can have a stronger and more responsive board without adding extra weight.
Topsheet: PLT Topsheet Technology™ - PLT Topsheet Technology™ is exclusive to CAPiTA MFG and magically bonds the topsheet to an already pressed snowboard. This produces a featherlight, smooth, high-gloss finish, without using any solvents or toxic laquers in finishing.
Additives: 2 x 30mm Technora™ Flax Boosters - With an excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance, TECHNORA™ is an aramid fiber that functions as a shock absorber and energy source when integrated into a snowboard construction layup. We have interwoven TECHNORA™ with an extremely lightweight and all-natural Flax fiber to invigorate every construction combination for maximum turning and ollie power.
