Shipping Timeline

ONE Boardshop knows that you want to get your items delivered as soon as possible and we will do all we can to ensure that your purchase is packaged and shipped within 24 hours of when your order was placed. If order was placed on a Friday, a weekend or holiday it will be shipped out the following business day.

Free Shipping

All orders over $99 prior to tax (except for items marked ‘Clearance’) will be shipped regular ground shipping free of charge to all Canadian Provinces.

For any orders under $99 the items will be shipped at rates posted and shipping method selected during checkout.

All items shipped regular post or regular 'ground' service will arrive approximately 3 to 5 business days within Western Canada and 5 to 7 business days for deliveries in Eastern Canada, from the time the items are picked up by the shipping provider. Please note that deliveries to rural or more remote communities may take longer.

Expedited Shipping

We get it, sometimes you just want your new gear to arrive as soon as possible and we have a solution for that. All orders do have the option of being shipped using an expedited shipping service which can be selected during the checkout process. Our checkout process will display the additional costs associated with any/all of the expedited shipping services available and you can then select the shipping method that best suits your needs. If any form of expedited shipping is selected all costs associated with the expedited service will be charged in addition to the cost of the items purchased.

Clearance Items

All items marked as “Clearance” will have a shipping charge applied in addition to the purchase price of the item(s). The shipping charge will be as per the rates posted during checkout.

Returns

ONE Boardshop is dedicated to making sure that each and every customer is happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any unused product purchased from ONEBoardshop.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. For any items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following:

Item was purchased through ONEBoardshop.com
Your receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be included/provided.
The product is in its original/unused condition and the product has not been altered, worn or damaged.
Prior to returning an item please call 833-268-5233 weekdays from 10am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an Authorization (RA) number. Please note that all returned items must have an RA number issued or ONE Boardshop cannot accept your returned product.

If the item(s) returned have met all of the above criteria, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased upon ONE Boardshop receiving the item(s). Any/all applicable shipping costs associated with the original purchase, exchange or return will not be reimbursed or refunded.

This versatility is perfect for side-country powder mornings that transition to resort riding after you’ve tracked your secret stash. And, while it’s a lofty goal, this board is your first step towards trying to emulate Kazu’s legendary riding style. Quick and maneuverable, the Kazu Pro’s lightweight power and pop comes from its Panda Hover Core™, CarbonFlax™ Amplifiers and a HolySheet™ Tri/Bi fiberglass configuration. Upgraded for 2026, the Kazu Kokubo Pro is now powered by a tougher Hyper-Drive™ ADV XT base with factory-direct Moonshot Omni-Tune™.

Base: Hyperdrive™ ADV XT Base - Custom formulated and exclusive to The MotherShip, our engineers have worked tirelessly with the world's leading polyethylene running base supplier to create HYPERDRIVE™. With exceptional anti-friction properties due to high molecular mass and specialized processing aids, this sintered material has a proprietary composition and is beyond fast. Our loyal fans charge hard, and we have integrated the fastest, meanest base available. We have increased the thickness of our XT bases for enhanced durability.
Laminates: Holysheet™ Tri/Bi + Magic Bean™ Resin - HOLYSHEET™ Fiberglass configuration features fiber weaves with a high tensile strength and low modulus of elasticity. With a higher roving count in the same weight of glass, you can have a stronger and more responsive board without adding extra weight.
Topsheet: Skinless™ Core Ash Woodgrain Topsheet - Specially treated pure wood veneer topsheet with a unique tactile feel that is 220gm lighter than the standard process.
Additive: 4 x 25mm CARBONFLAX™ Amplifier - CARBONFLAX™ is a next-generation natural flax fiber woven with carbon strands that is featured in our high-end snowboard constructions. This fusion tape brings the best of two worlds: the reactive energy of carbon and the lightweight and dampening aspects of flax. The two fibers are highly compatible since they have similar properties regarding thermal expansion and failure strain, creating a uniformly flexing reinforcement that's light, snappy and durable all in one.
Moonshot Omni-Tune: The MOONSHOT OMNI-TUNE™ is an aftermarket high-performance race-base structure that wicks water from your base at a 45-degree angle making these boards fast as f*#k to the lift line or to the finish line.
